antique depression era patchwork quilt cutter, vintage fabric feedsack pieced front & back

There's some lovely old patchwork and a ton of different cotton fabrics and feed sack prints on this old quilt, BUT (and it's a big but) it's in terrible condition.

This is dirty, browned and spotted. It's been stored in a barn for years. It's worn, and one end has been completely cut off. Current size is 74" wide x 84" long.

It's pieced front and back, a tied quilt (not 'quilted'). Looks to me like this would be good to cut into smaller projects (something like hot mats, a runner, a reversible garland?) as it'll be much easier to wash in smaller sections!
