antique fabric remnants, 1800s vintage black wool alpaca w/ crewelwork embroidery violet flowers

Lot of antique embroidered wool fabric pieces, remnants or salvaged upholstery fabric, we think?

These are rectangular pieces of various sizes with the flowers differently placed from one to another (sounds confusing, but I think it's pretty obvious from the photos). There's four pieces here. Sizes are 52" x 76", 28" x 53", 23" x 51", 19" x 27".

It's a very heavy wool or wool alpaca... possibly a cloak weight, though the piece shapes and embroidery layout seems strange for that. We think these fabrics would be well re-purposed as cushions, or bags, or chair seats, something like that.

We saw a few moth holes to most of these pieces, but aside from that the fabric looks clean, just a little dusty. Not bad for fabric nearly 150 years old!
