antique green baize wool tablecloth w/ silky chenille velvet embroidery, leaves & pinecones

Beautiful Victorian / Edwardian vintage game table cloth with hand embroidered border of pine cones and leaves in autumn colors rayon threads. Size is 48" x 62" overall.

The border embroidery looks very good in most places, though the fabric (green baize or wool felt) is worn at the table top area. There's a few burn holes, fading and spotting and moth holes from the areas near the spots. A center cloth would probably cover the worst of it, or the center could be trimmed away to re-purpose the border embroidery.

This smells of pipe tobacco (it was a game table cover!). We haven't attempted to clean it at all.
