antique ice skates w/ leather straps, marked Union Hardware early 1900s vintage

Pair of early 20th century vintage ice skates made by Keene for Union Hardware. These are made to be adjustable though they seem difficult to adjust! The blades are 11 1/2" long end to end.

The heavy steel blades look good without a lot of wear, though the original leather straps are worn by time. They make a great display piece just as they are.
