antique iron keyhole escutcheons, 1800s vintage hardware for trunks or furniture

Lot of two very old iron keyhole escutcheons, used and worn - a lovely patina on these pieces. No chips or cracks.

Good hardware for antique restoration work, but these are kind of magical (like tiny portholes!) even without furniture or keys.
