antique lace table runner or dresser scarf, early 1900s vintage Schiffli lace?

Early 1900s vintage lace runner or dresser scarf, Schiffli lace, I think? It's lovely and delicate, and in very good condition overall - some light discoloration, no major damage, rips or holes.
