antique oval frame w/ chippy old creamy white paint, farmhouse vintage shabby cottage chic

Empty (no glass, or backing) oval wood frame, circa 1900 give or take a few years. I love the old heavy cream colored paint on this piece, and the unexpected - red! - past color still showing on the back.

This measures 12" x 14" across the oval, made to hold an 8" x 10" glass. Picture area would be about 7 1/2" x 9 1/2".

It has some paint drips, chips and cracks, it's over 100 years old and it looks it. It's solid yet, you could hang this just as it is, empty.
