antique picture frames, deep well wood frames w/ marbled grain, gold tortoise spotted painted finish

Lot of two beautiful old deep well picture frames, wide wood moldings with elaborately decorated inner rims. Both are empty, without glass. Both are nice and solid, though they do show age and some scratching, scuffing, small chips.

The larger has a marbled or grained painted pattern, with corner details and a gold rim inside that. Size is 20" x 16 1/2" overall, picture area 13 3/4" x 10".

The smaller frame has a gold and brown inner rim, painted with pattern spotted to resemble tortoise shell. Size is 14 1/4" x 12 1/4", picture area 7 1/2" x 5 12".
