antique roses print cotton fabric comforter w/ soft warm wool batting fill, vintage tied quilt

Beautiful old wool filled tied quilt or comforter, early 1900s vintage. We love the worn rose print cotton fabric covering, this is one of the prettiest comforters we've even seen.

The wool batting is soft, puffy, light but very warm. It's the same print fabric front and back, tied with yarn. Size is 74" x 64" overall.

The fabric looks good without fading, though it's fraying a little along the edges, and has a few holes. If you wanted to add a few patches in a pretty fabric, it  wouldn't hurt it's looks one bit!
