antique soda fountain ice cream scoop, Gilchrists Number 31 small scoop w/ long wood handle

Early 1900s vintage Gilchrist ice cream scoop, perfectly designed for ice cream soda glasses. This has a small round scoop and a long handle, and the trigger works so smoothly even though this is about a hundred years old! It does show some age as you'd expect, but it's very functional yet.
