antique steel pulley, vintage industrial style window or door lift hardware

Turn of the century vintage cast iron pulley for a window sash weight, a small dumbwaiter etc.. I think it would be great for adjustable lighting, industrial loft or barn light style today. Condition is very good, very little rust. Baling rope not included!
