Mid-century vintage cotton fabric with cute old-timey print in pink, plum, and blue on white. It's sheeting texture and weight, was probably a flour or feed sack, measuring 36" wide x 48" long.

This DOES have some spotting and discoloration - I didn't wash or soak it, so it might clean up with a good modern detergent.
