antique vintage Westmoreland milk glass vase w/ Indian chief portrait, circa 1905

Antique milk glass vase with Indian head - a Native American chief in war bonnet? Not signed that I could see, and I don't recognize this illustration.

I've been told that this is a Westmoreland glass piece circa 1905.

It measures about 7 1/2" tall overall. There's some tiny chips to the rim, and a little light finish wear to the design.
