antique vintage blue & white Minton Genevese Swiss scene grand mug cup

Large cup or mug in Minton's Genevese scenic pattern, blue on white. It measures about 5" in diameter across the rim, stands 3 3/4" tall. It's in very good condition, with just a little crazing. No chips, cracks or stains.

This came out of the estate of a china collector who had pieces dating back to early Victorian wares, so it's hard to say for certain how old this piece is... the original Minton from the 19th century, or the revival print from the early 1900s.

I can't make out the name underneath the scrolled mark at all, and was only able to read the Genevese mark since it was obviously beginning with G, and a Swiss chalet scene!
