antique vintage bon bon dishes, ornate metal server baskets w/ old gold finish

Lot of two ornate metal bonbon baskets, painted all in gold at some point, but still very pretty. These are about 6" tall with the handles straight up, and 4 - 5 3/4" over the bowls.

There's noticeable pitting to the gold paint, and we'd expect that there's little to nothing left of the original silver plate underneath. But the casting is very detailed, and is still clearly shown even through paint. These are lovely.
