antique vintage china platter or tray, black border pattern w/ lilacs & peonies floral

Lovely old unmarked china platter with lilacs and peonies pattern border... we don't know the name or maker of this pattern, though we'd guess it's an American piece.

It's 15" across the rim, in very good condition without chips, cracks or noticeable wear. There's a little crazing, but very little discoloration.
