antique vintage padlocks lot, Walsco 9-9 and 7-11 locks without keys

Lot of two very old locked padlocks without keys... one of these is a Walsco 9-9, the larger lock (also a Walsco?) is a 7-11. Both show a little wear, though very little rust.
