antique wood box Merck Chemists pharmacy shipping crate w/ great vintage typography

Nice unusual old piece of medical pharmeutical advertising, a wooden crate from Merck Manufacturing Chemists, Rahway New Jersey. This has solid sides and bottom (probably made to hold glass bottles, or small glass vials). No top.

It measures 15 1/2" x 13 1/2" over the exterior, stands 12" tall. It's in good clean condition, printed lettering pretty clear without a lot of fading.
