art deco MCM vintage metal kitchen cabinet hardware, red striped door pulls w/ instructions

Lot of very old hardware for metal kitchen cabinets - 1930s? 1950s? These pieces were stored away in a coffee can for many years, with the instruction sheet as shown. I still can't figure out how these are supposed to work, this is definitely and expert level vintage project!

There's no screws here, and I'm actually not sure if these are complete since I don't know how to assemble them on a cabinet. You're getting the exact pieces shown in the photos. These do have rust as shown, they need some work. This is probably not what you're looking for if you're looking to outfit a whole kitchen, but maybe just what you need for replacement parts if this is the type of hardware you're looking for.
