art deco elegant glass cruet bottle, pale blue vintage Heisey or Imperial glass

Beautiful blue glass cruet and stopper... I believe this is one of the Heisey patterns, possibly made by Imperial in this color? It's about 5 1/4" tall overall, both bottle and stopper in excellent condition without damage.
