art deco vintage Japan porcelain pedestal plate w/ Clarice Cliff style hand painted design

Vintage Japan china pedestal plate with a very art deco design, a sort of Bizarre Clarice Cliff style.

This is all hand painted, in excellent condition. (The white lines to the black tree trunk are painted details, not crazing or cracking.)

This is a little plate with raised bumps to the surface, possibly a lemon server? It doesn't look as though it's ever been used.
