art deco vintage bakelite desk lamp w/ banker's lamp style shade, working light

Vintage bakelite desk lamp with working wiring, fits a standard socket light bulb. This is a little lamp, about 8" tall x 8" wide. Lights a work area, not a whole desk, You can easily see this for a student or writer, working long hours into the night. Such a cool piece.

There's a tight crack to the bakelite shade, barely visible. I believe it'll be just fine with a low wattage light bulb as was originally intended. You can't really see it even with light behind it. Overall, this is nice and clean and in good condition, a near antique.
