art deco vintage french ivory celluloid picture frame w/ old black & white photo, handsome gent!

1930s or early 40s vintage celluloid picture frame with a photo of a handsome guy in a trench coat and fedora. Frame measures about 4" x 2 3/4" overall and looks very good, as does the photo!
