art deco vintage Noritake Field Stone gold band cream & white china red M mark Fieldstone

1920s or 30s vintage Noritake Field Stone porcelain china dinnerware set for six, made in Japan. This is marked with the old red M marking.

It's a very elegant pattern, cream and white with gold trim. Very Downton Abbey!

There's six each of luncheon plates (about 9 1/2" in diameter), soup bowls (about 7 1/2" in diameter), salad plates (about 7 1/2" in diameter), bread and butter plates (about 6 1/4" in diameter) and cups and saucers.

It's a very nice set in gently used condition, just a few light scratches and utensil marks, no chips or cracks - and the gold trim is in good shape without wear.
