Big old forged iron hook, late 1800s or early 1900s vintage, right out of a farm estate here in Wisconsin. This is the real thing, not a reproduction or 'farm style' piece, but an actual handmade piece with substantial weight and a good patina of age. Measures 4 3/4" x 2 1/2".
