authentic antique sleigh bells, silver tone brass bells on worn old leather strap horse harness

Authentic old string of sleigh bells out of a farm estate here in Wisconsin. I never find these, and they are so magical to hear. I really hate to let these go. If you have a sled, or a sleigh, or a wagon, or just a big barn door - these will just make the perfect setting for the whole holiday season.

The leather strap is very old, worn and cracked. One end of the strap has been torn away. Length of the strap over the area with the bells is 48", with leather strap extending on either side. Bells are all the same size, 1" in diameter.

The bells are a nickel silver color, which I've been told is 'white brass', actually. They aren't magnetic, and they have no rust, though they are very tarnished and dirty. With a little restoration work here you'll have an true heirloom to pass down for future generations.
