big grubby old spools of string, primitive white cotton cord & sewing thread cones

Lot of two big old cone spools of sewing thread and string, handy to use, and great primitives besides. The threads seem strong and supple, though they're a little grubby.

These measure about 6 1/2" tall, 4 1/2" and 5" in diameter at the base of the spools. These are heavy, and you can pull string off with one hand with the spool standing on it's own - you don't necessarily need a spool holder.
