Halloween black cat plastic cupcake picks toppers, vintage cake decorating lot

Cute black cats, vintage cake decoration cupcake picks, made in Hong Kong. There are 46 of them in this lot.

These are in very nice condition, very clean, I don't think they've ever been used. The cats heads measure about 3/4" x 3/4".
