old architectural black enamel garden awning

Nice old round ruffled / fluted metal architectural garden cover with black enamel paint and mounting collar. It measures about 19 1/2" across, 4" across the center boss and about 1 5/8" inside the mounting It has some wear and scuffing / scratching.
