blue opalescent hobnail pattern glass, small fan shape tray, vintage ashtray?

Pretty little piece of blue moonstone opalescent glass, a small fan shaped dish, measuring 4" x 5 1/2". This is in clean, nice shape, without damage... we think it's part of an ashtray set?
