vintage hand-painted yellow sunflower vase, Blue Ridge pottery go-along or Gay Fad?

Cute vintage handpainted glass vase, 6 3/4" tall. We love the bright sunflower design, but have not been able to find out who made this - we got it with part of a collection of assorted Blue Ridge and Stetson pottery dishes from an estate, but the pattern doesn't seem to be in common in any of the dinnerware patterns, so we're thinking it might be vintage Anchor Hocking or Hazel Atlas ware?
