J Boulton cougar wildcat, composition sculpture after original bronze?

Vintage wildcat sculpture marked Boulton (Joseph Boulton?), 6" tall, heavy composition type material, made as a sculpture after an original bronze, we think? This is a little dusty / dirty from display but otherwise excellent, no chips or damage.
