old dutch canal bridge scene, vintage brass plated newspaper rack stand

Vintage brass plated metal reading stand to hold newspapers and magazines, with a embossed street scene of old Holland. It's not marked, but we're guessing this was made in England, or vintage USA, rather than the Netherlands?

It measures 15 1/2" x 9" x 14 1/2" tall with the handle in the upright position. There's some wear and scratching to the finish, and some light rust spotting in a few areas.
