vintage metal cake keeper /carrier, hand-painted cover w/ flowers

Vintage all metal cake carrier and keeper, with hand-painted cover and metal plate. The area under the cover measures 10" in diameter x about 4" tall.

The cover and plate both look good, without a lot of rust, though there is some wear to the blue paint and painted flowers.
