ornate cast metal oil lamp holder wall hanging bracket, vintage Emig?

Vintage reproduction of an antique oil lamp bracket, lightweight cast metal with black finish. They measure about 3 1/2" across the area to hold the lamp, extends 11 1/2" out from the wall to the outside edge. It's in excellent condition, an Emig piece, we think?
