mid-century retro painted chalkware blackamoor table lamp, 1950s vintage

1950s vintage painted plaster statue table lamp, an African slave. The lamp measures 20" tall to the top of the light bulb socket, and works fine, though the original old cord is a little yellowed. The figure has dust and soil marks from use and years of storage, and there are a number of small chips to both the chalkware and the painted finish.
