colonial courting couple painted china table lamp, 1940s vintage

Vintage china table lamp, 'courting couple' pattern on an unusual and lovely lime green color trimmed with gold. This is 16 1/2" to the top of the light bulb socket, 25 3/4" to the top of the finial.

The original wiring works well, though the cord is a little yellowed. There's a little finish wear and rust spotting to the metal fittings.

The china lamp body looks very good, just a little rubbing to the gold trim. The underside of the base needs a new felt.
