vintage composition baby doll in handmade 30s-40s print cotton dress

Sweet old unmarked (composition?) baby doll, about 8 1/2" long. She's wearing a cotton diaper and dress handmade from depression era print cotton fabric.

The baby has some crazing, a few small chips, and a short tight crack on the side of her head. Overall she looks amazingly good for her age, just look at those bright eyes and rosy cheeks!
