Constellation pattern vintage Indiana glass cake stand, low pedestal plate

Vintage waffle pattern pressed glass cake or sandwich plate, Constellation / Indiana glass, we think? This has a low foot, the plate measures about 13 1/2" in diameter. It's in very nice condition without chips or roughness.
