vintage shabby cottage chic tole lamp old paint

Vintage hanging lamp, metal tole, with glass hurricane shade. This measures about 16" in diameter by 27 1/2" long overall. The wiring looks good, and tole metal frame is in very good shape, but has soil and surface rust - this would be lovely with a new coat of paint!
