vintage Craftsman 3/4'' tape measure replacement part #3951 rule blade

Vintage Craftsman 10 foot replacement rule blade for a Craftsman tape measure. This is never used in the original box. The tape is white with black and is 3/4" wide. It is marked as part number 3951 for a 3950 Craftsman flexible rule tape measure.

This is unused but does have some rust from storage and there is some pencil marking to the box.
