50s vintage print silk or rayon fabric, southern belle crinoline ladies

Beautiful vintage silky fabric, mid-century vintage rayon or silk or possibly even a polyester? We're just not sure, I'm sorry! This piece measures 42" wide x 2 yards, in excellent condition. The print is crinoline ladies with parasols, sunbonnet lady southern belles!
