antique Davenport - New York transferware china plate, mid 1800s vintage

Venus and Cupid (we think?) pattern plate, brown transfer on white ironstone china, marked Davenport Bros. 1203 Greenwich Street New York, with a Federal eagle shield mark.

The plate is 9 1/2" in diameter and looks very good for a piece of this age and type, showing some crazing and light discoloration, but no chips or cracks.
