deco vintage claw shape ice or sugar cube tongs, nickel (not silver) plated metal

Claw shaped small tongs for sugar cubes or ice, early to mid 20th century vintage. No makers marks on these that I could see, but I believe they're nickel plated rather than silver plate. They're in good clean condition overall. Measures about 6 1/2" long end to end.
