early 1900s vintage plain white ironstone soup bowls, Wedgwood & Greenwood china, large chunky shape
more photos of this product below
Lot of four antique ironstone china soup plates, large shallow bowls with wide rims and a pleasing weight to them. Good practical everyday china, more than a hundred years old.
These are different makers - two Greenwood China, American made. One Wedgwood, one not marked but probably also England? The Greenwood bowls are a little thinner, the other two are chunky. Sizes are 8 3/4" to 9 1/4" across the rims.
All have noticeable wear, scratching and age spotting. No chips or cracks to any of these four pieces.
