Vintage transferware china plate with Old Chicago scenes, made in England and designed and imported by Marshall Field. This is dinner plate size, about 10 1/4" in diameter.
This has some glaze crazing from age, and a makers flaw at the rim by the Courthouse (see photos). No chips or cracks.
