classical tile pattern embroidered linen bed cover, 1920s-30s vintage

Lovely old heavy cotton or cotton / linen bed cover with cameo or classical tile pattern embroidery in deep blue on off white fabric.

The two sides are hemmed, and the head and foot ends are unhemmed... I don't believe this piece has ever been used or even 'finished', though we think it looks fine just as it is! It does have a few spots and light soil from storage, we haven't washed or soaked it.

It's 100" long end to end, 51" wide over the center panel, with the two side panels each 17" deep.
