old antique Victorian vintage ermine fur collar & tippet, black tails on white

Very old antique ermine fur collar and tippet piece, not in the best of condition, but we seldom find old furs as regal as ermine here in rural Wisconsin!

The collar measures 39 1/2" long x 4" wide, it's a basically rectangular shape with a shredded silk backing fabric.

The tippet is a long cord shape, fur all around. It's 1 1/2" wide x 48" long.

Both of these pieces have wear, rips and tears to the fur. Some of the pelts seem brittle, others look fine... and the tails all look good.
