farmhouse kitchen vintage TEA canister, stoneware pottery crock jar w/ wire bail closure

Vintage stoneware crock for tea... this is a little worn, showing spots to the crockery and surface rust to the wire bail. But it's such a practical piece to hold loose leaf tea or tea bags, and it has a great rustic farmhouse style charm.

It's unmarked, heavy stoneware pottery. Measures 5 1/2" diameter overall, about 6 3/4" to the top of the closure (crock about 4 1/4" tall).
