old WWII vintage, US Army olive drab khaki canvas field musette bag

Old World War Two vintage, olive drab khaki canvas field or musette bag with metal fittings. It is stamped US on the front flap and hand marked M-8539 inside the flap. There are also two names hand written on the back of the bag. It measures about 12" x 12" x 6". This has wear and age.
